How Wash & Fold Works
Drop off in an assigned locker
Use the available locker we confirm by text. Place your laundry inside, close the door, and lock it with the provided code.
We wash, dry, and fold
Your laundry is weighed before washing, then cleaned, dried, and folded according to your instructions.
Pick up with a new code
Pay through one of the listed methods, then use the pickup locker and one-time code we text you when ready.
Before You Drop Off
- Text us before placing laundry in a locker.
- Wait for your locker number and one-time access code.
- Include any washing, drying, folding, or hanging preferences.
- Separate special-care items.
- Please do not place payment inside the lockers.
Locker Location
The lockers are inside the laundromat.
The Wash & Fold lockers are inside Bennett Valley Laundromat near the back hallway. Use only the available locker we confirm when you contact us.
How to use the lockers
- Call or text before drop-off so we can confirm the locker and access code.
- Place your laundry in the assigned available locker.
- Close and lock the locker before leaving.
- Tell us any washing, drying, folding, or hanging preferences by text.
Please do not place payment inside the lockers.

Please text us before drop-off if you have washing, drying, folding, or hanging preferences.

Unless otherwise requested:
- Whites may be bleached.
- Dryer sheets may be used.
- Clothing is dried on high heat.
- We use Tide, Gain, Downy, or similar laundry products depending on availability.
Special-Care Items
Please text us before drop-off if anything should be washed cold, air dried, separated, not bleached, or handled carefully.
Pickup Process
Pick up Your Laundry with the code we text you.
Once your order is complete, your laundry will be returned to an available locker for pickup. We will text you the locker number and a new one-time access code.
- Check your text for the pickup locker number and code.
- Open the assigned locker.
- Remove your completed laundry.
- Close the locker door when finished.

Payment is handled separately from the lockers. Please do not place payment inside the lockers.
